Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
- Prepare and package goods for shipment in a safe and timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange transportation for outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and tracking.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or damages in goods received or shipped.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.
- Support the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or containers.
- Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are followed in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- College or High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a packing, Warehouse & Logistics role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to join the van during deliveries as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php550.00 - Php650.00 per day
