Job Description:
- Lead overall warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and full compliance with safety and company standards
- Manage and develop warehouse staff, fostering accountability, productivity and continuous improvement
- Control inventory movement, including stock monitoring, replenishment and precise record-keeping
- Streamline layout and processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs and support operational goals
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics, resolving issues and ensuring smooth end-to-end supply flow.
Job Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Warehouse Manager in high-volume or fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership and operational management skills with a track record of driving warehouse excellence
- Proficient in SAP for inventory and warehouse management
- Strong team leadership, training and performance management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance; SO1/SO2 certification is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus but not required
- Preferably available to start ASAP.
- Residence near Bocaue, Bulacan preferred.
