Job Summary
- The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, stock handling, layout optimization, and warehouse team coordination. This role is especially critical in planning and executing the warehouse setup—from racking systems and zoning to workflow design—and must ensure all activities are accurately recorded in the company’s ERP system. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in warehouse setup, space management, and has working knowledge of ERP warehouse modules to support digital inventory and tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and continuously improve the layout, zoning, and operational flow of the warehouse to ensure safety, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain warehouse best practices in storage, receiving, dispatching, and returns management.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy in material receipts, picking, and loading.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through real-time encoding and reconciliation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite).
- Lead the deployment of warehouse automation tools or digital barcode systems (if applicable).
- Supervise stock transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments, ensuring all are recorded promptly in the ERP system.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
- Liaise with procurement, accounting, and project teams to align warehouse activities with operational timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate with external logistics and shipping companies during large dispatches or returns.
- Generate inventory reports and discrepancy audits on a weekly and monthly basis.
Minimum Qualifications & Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 warehouse setups handled
- Hands-on experience with ERP warehouse modules (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho)
- Inventory Management Skilled in real-time inventory tracking, barcode systems, and stock reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, warehouse layout planning tools, and digital inventory apps
- Experience leading a warehouse team (officers, staff, helpers)
- Ability to inspect warehouse areas, monitor inventory handling, and enforce standards
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, excellent organizational and planning abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
