This role involves multiple responsibilities, including picking and packing orders, ensuring quality control, dispatching shipments, and maintaining warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Picker/Packer
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
Quality Checker
- Inspect products for defects and ensure orders meet quality standards before shipping.
- Verify product labels and quantities against order specifications.
Dispatcher
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of orders for delivery.
- Communicate with delivery partners to ensure efficient shipment processes.
Warehouseman
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
