Job Title: Warehouse Site Head
Location: Calamba, Laguna, Philippines
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Site Head to lead our distribution/warehouse operations in Calamba. The Site Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety, inventory accuracy, team performance, and compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all warehouse site functions including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch.
· Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
· Implement and maintain warehouse operational systems, policies, and procedures.
· Lead and manage warehouse teams including supervisors, warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative support.
· Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), order accuracy, cycle time, and productivity metrics.
· Maintain a safe and compliant work environment aligned with health, safety, and environmental standards.
· Manage warehouse space utilization and optimize layout for efficiency.
· Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, customer service, sales, and finance) and external partners (transportation providers, 3PLs, etc.).
· Develop and execute cost-control strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, local regulations, and audit requirements.
· Drive digital adoption and system improvements (e.g., WMS, barcode systems, automation tools).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 7–10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or site management role.
· Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety protocols, and inventory management systems.
· Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
· Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
· Familiarity with lean warehousing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
· Knowledge of customs clearance or import/export procedures is a plus.
