Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)
- Accurately label, record, and store goods in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any stock discrepancies.
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Report any discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and departments to achieve overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and other related paperwork. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or any engineering field or other related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills, planning skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills, good focus on details and able to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally to external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word and can easily adapt to IT tools with varied system interfaces.
