Conducting thorough examinations of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match documentation.
Checking and confirming the quantity of items against shipping and receiving documents.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, discrepancies, and damages. Updating electronic systems and reports accordingly.
Effectively communicating inventory status, discrepancies, and relevant information to supervisors and team members.
Conducting regular physical counts of stock to maintain accuracy and participating in periodic audits.
Plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory integrity and contributes to the smooth functioning of warehouse operations.
Prepares order by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
Monitor the expiration dates of spices and ingredients and make sure that FIFO/FEFO method is being applied during issuance of materials, especially spices and ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Heavy lifting is regularly involved. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of handling strenuous tasks.
The warehouse is open-air (not air-conditioned). Please be aware of warm and humid conditions especially during summer months.

Minimum Qualifications

With 1 year experience as Warehouse Staff, with background in inventory & warehousing
Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office
Data entry and computer skills may be required
Physically fit Detail-oriented
Amenable to work in: Blk. 1 Lot 1 MRC Building, 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga (Main office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
