- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and accuracy
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness
- Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational demands
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain inventory integrity
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Address discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational concerns
