Role Overview
The new supervisors will play a critical role in optimizing daily warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination across inbound/outbound logistics, and maintaining compliance with inventory accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing inbound/outbound processes, including receiving, quality checks, and shipment verification.
- Managing inventory control (cycle counts, stock reconciliation, discrepancy resolution).
- Supervising logistics handover procedures to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Leading a team to meet KPIs for efficiency, safety, and order fulfillment accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory tracking templates).
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-departmental collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
