FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures proper and on time scheduling and immediate transferring of merchandise to all stores.
- Ensures that manpower and operating expenses are within the given budget.
- Ensures the prompt submission of monthly reports.
- Ensures that shipment or delivery delays and claims due to damage or pilferages are coordinated to Shipping Lines and Forwarders immediately.
- Ensures that shipment reports for retail stores are sent immediately after loading.
- Evaluates and reviews shipping lines and forwarders rates, including timecards and other billings of the center.
- Observes and accounts properly loading procedures for outgoing deliveries.
