1. Executes the right processes to effectively and efficiently perform various activities related to inbound and outbound, warehousing operation, pick-pack of delivery routes and inter-warehouse transfer and rejected deliveries.
2. Conducts regular review and ensure availability of resources, e.g. manpower, material handling equipment, materials etc. to carry out various activities in warehouse operation.
3. Ensures accuracy and completeness of documents, physical and system transactions to support the inventory accuracy.
4. Implements the appropriate standard operating procedure of activities and process improvement related to warehouse operations to achieve performance target.
5. Ensures implementation of GMP/GWP by conducting facility check, proper handling and storage, appropriate pest control program, updating standard operating procedures, sanitation and hygiene, product transport and handling of bad orders and disposal/destruction.
6. Ensures safety at all times to prevent LTI/LTA (Loss Time Injury / Accident).
7. Establishes the productivity standards and conducts regular review of warehouse capacity.
8. Monitors unnecessary expenses due to inefficiencies (e.g. company properties, product damages, MHEs, etc.) overtime and recommend cost saving initiative projects.
9. Handles the monitoring of staff performance, coaching and mentoring subordinates.
10. Coordinates with other functions such as CSR and Distribution, Logistics, Marketing, Inventory and other department as needed to address operational requirements.
11. Promptly acts on and resolves all operational issues and concerns.
12. Handles the day-to-day business relationship with third party service providers and contractual manpower agencies.
13. Handles all reportorial requirements related to warehouse operations as need.
14. Supervises and maintain discipline in accordance to company rules and regulations
15. Performs other tasks and functions related to business as assigned by his superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, Engineering course is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in SAP background or other ERPs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Handles pressure well and very dynamic
