Role Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed correctly. As a full-time role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, inventory planning, and quality assurance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage warehouse workers and team members
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems
- Knowledge of local and national laws related to warehouse operations and logistics
- Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Willing to work in Dasma - Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
