Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years or above relevant experience in warehouse operations or as a supervisor
- Must have Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II Certification
- Able to communicate in English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
- Must have good communication skills and able to build good relationship with client.
- Having a Safety Officer Training is a plus, but not required
- Having a Pollution Control Officer Training is a plus, but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient execution of processes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee warehouse personnel, directing, motivating, and evaluating team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement actions to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure a well-organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse operations to senior management.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
- Communicate well with other organization or client for request and immediate concern.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
