- Ensures that finished goods are prepared and loaded correctly to forwarders.
- Conducts daily inventory of finished goods and sends reports to concerned team.
- Ensures that delivery schedule are being followed in accordance to the delivery documents.
- Ensures that storage location for finished goods, materials and other items are strictly being followed and maintained.
- Monitors physical movement of materials used in the production/ user and ensures correct and on-time recording in the system.
- Prepares materials requisition slip for the needed materials and other items.
- Monitor and receives incoming deliveries/ materials delivery of final goods.
- Prepares accurate receiving report (RR) with the attached documents such as delivery receipt, invoice and copy of the latest Purchase Order.
- Conducts monthly inventory of finished goods, materials and other terms; and prepares the inventory report.
- Assist the supervisor and achieve smooth planning and warehousing activities.
- Ensures that proper housekeeping are being practiced.
- Ensures the correct issuance of stocks with proper recording and documentation.
Graduate of any Business Course
2 years experience in manufacturing set up
Skills:
Exposure to warehousing and logistics / supply chain
Proficient in communication skills both written and oral
