- Supervise and Lead Guide and support a team of warehouse associates in their daily tasks.
- Oversee Operations Ensure all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage Inventory Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure Safety Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Train and Develop Provide training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members to improve performance.
- Problem-Solve Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
- Maintain Records Keep accurate records of team performance, inventory, and other operational data.
- Collaborate Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
