QUALITIES
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in any site specially in Danao, Cebu.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- With experience in a construction firm is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Assist in managing and follow up of purchase orders.
- Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers and vendors for defectives, shortage and missing parts.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support relevant department with quotation for the purpose of tender.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
- Any other tasks may be assigned by the immediate superior
SKILLS
- Must be computer literate ( MS Word, Exel, Powerpoint)
- Can work without direct supervision
- Knows basic clerical duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good in writing and listening skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
