Job Summary:
Responsible for performing warehouse operations including receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching merchandise. The Warehouseman ensures strict adherence to safety and operational procedures, supports frontline service as needed, and contributes to a smooth and efficient store operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Works with urgency, energy, and commitment to deliver efficient support services.
- Reports relevant concerns or issues to the immediate supervisor as necessary.
- Performs all warehouse processes and procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Assists in the counter area as a bagger when needed.
- Performs tasks quickly and accurately, maintaining work quality
- Maintains openness to feedback and ongoing learning
- Practice the safety in the workplace
- Assists customers in the selling area when required.
- Performs other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory handling; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
