JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. In charge of physical receipt and recording of incoming raw materials (Macro Ingredients, Micro, Liquids, tags, sacks).
2. Carefully checks the physical quality during receiving based on Physical Acceptance Checklist (GLD-FIN-SUP-002).
3. Issuance of raw materials to feed mills following FIFO or FEFO system (whichever is applicable).
4. Daily reconciles stock card ending balance vs. physical inventory.
5. Alerts RM inventory Staff/ RM planner/ purchasing officer / supply chain supervisor when warehouse stocks are low.
6. Maintains warehouse’s organization, cleanliness and ensure space maximization.
7. Conducts monthly physical inventory of assigned warehouse
8. Recommends rejection of material while unloading (presence of weevils and adulteration).
9. Inspection of RM at warehouse for possible infestation of insects.
10. Relieves for other unavailable warehouseman when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knows how to drive Forklift & Bobcat.
- Knowledge on RM quality.
- Can input data on system.
- Can receive and issue RM to Bin and Feed Mills.
- With at least experience in maintenance.
- Willing to work with a shifting schedule.
