Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate
- With or without experience in warehouse or picking (cold storage experience is a plus)
- Physically fit; able to lift and stand for long periods
- Willing to work in cold environments
- Can follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision
- Basic reading, counting, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
