TaskUs is looking for a Wellness and Resiliency Manager to lead and promote our “Frontline First” approach to ensure our employees are productive, resilient and enjoy coming to work. Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Senior Manager or Director, oversees end-to-end Wellness and Resiliency function of new or smaller (in FTE), managing a team of life coaches and vendor clinicians
- Ensures 24/7 coverage of the site/s and that coaches and clinicians are available and scheduling sessions with teammates
- Leads the team by fulfilling assigned leadership and management tasks - coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting, to name a few
- Initiates and leads specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Senior Manager or Director of Wellness and Resiliency
- Designs and facilitates more advanced (i.e., leadership, customized) wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming
- Collaborates with other professionals, conducts research and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs
- Proactively checks-in with Leaders and Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms
- Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics
- Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans
- Evaluates data and checks in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their achievement of their set goals
- Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions and is assigned more complex coaching issues by the Senior Manager or Director
- Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation
- Collaborates with other professionals and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs
- Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals
- Reports accurate and consistent data following designed processes and using prescribed tools
- Attends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company
Requirements:
- Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*
- Minimum 3 years experience in coaching or counseling
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a team
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills
- Above Average fluency in written and spoken English**
- A strong desire to help others
- Flexibility to work with shifting hours
- Proficient in office software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Life Coaching
- Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks
- Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care
