Remote Hotel Reservations Sales Agent

About the Role
Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Do you have experience working the front desk or using Opera PMS? We’re looking for a Remote Hotel Reservations Sales Agent to provide outstanding service and book reservations for guests. In this role, you’ll assist customers with their inquiries, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless booking experience—all from the comfort of your home!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, text and chat.
- Sell, promote and maximize revenue opportunities on every interaction.
- Utilize Opera PMS to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests.
- Communicate hotel amenities, policies, and promotions effectively.
- Ensure accuracy in guest bookings and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Work closely with internal hotel teams to coordinate reservations and guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, reservations, or customer service required.
- Opera PMS proficiency is a must.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a designated home workspace free from distractions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php278.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
