Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing startup art brand looking for 1 FULL-TIME WFH YouTube Video Editor/Producer under the Marketing Department for its Learn to Draw Manga brand.
The goal of the Learn to Draw Manga channel is to generate and nurture leads for our Oneshot Manga Drawing Program.
Mission:
Generate and nurture qualified leads by researching, writing scripts, collecting visual assets and editing videos for our YouTube videos, repurpose them into short-form content and schedule on our social media accounts.

Who’s on your team?
- You will be officially part of our international course business unit under the Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
- Produce 1 long-form YouTube video every 2 weeks
- Pre-production period (1 week)
- Manager will provide a topic and you have to conduct research by watching and comparing existing YT videos, watching our in-house content and coordinating with our Student Success Team (Product) Department & Sales Team (if applicable) for ideas and fact check
- Write an outline and proposed script
- Production period (1 week)
- Collect visual assets by repurposing workshop/tutorial videos from our course, pre-existing YouTube videos and raw shots, assigning other team members to shoot videos/photos as necessary
- Schedule and Post on YouTube
- Produce short-form videos from our YouTube vids to distribute on FB & IG reels, TikTok and YT Shorts
- Assist in replying to comments on shorts, pinning posts and editing descriptions.
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- Own desktop/laptop with MINIMUM 16GB of RAM that can handle video software and rendering long-form videos at least 8 minutes long
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (preferably version 2022 or later)
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independently and with a team
- Can work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Quick learner
- Organized and able to multitask
- Sincere interest in anime and manga drawing
Nice to have:
- Interest/experience in marketin
- Some background/idea of storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics

Compensation:
- P20,000 - P23,000 during 3-month probation
After probation:
- On-Target-Earnings (OTE) Annual Salary: P460,000 - P535,000
- P27,000 - P32,000 (monthly base + incentives)
