JOB SUMMARY
MMP is seeking a detailed-oriented and highly motivated Accountant to join our team. The Accountant shall have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares, reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports.
- Ensures compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct audits and implements internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assists in tax planning and preparation
- Oversees the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA
- With 2 years of supervisory experience in an accounting setting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with accounting software such as but not limited to Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
