Description:
- Maintains general ledgers
- Performs payroll activities
- Processes payables, receivables, payments, and checks
- Completes routine bookkeeping
- Assists with financial reports preparation
- Performs journal entries for company transactions
Educational Background:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or BSBA Major in FInancial Management:
- A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and business law.
Professional Skills:
1. Proficiency in Accounting Software:
- Experience with software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new accounting technologies.
2. Strong Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Attention to detail to ensure precise record-keeping.
3. Understanding of Financial Regulations
-Knowledge of BIR, CDA and other financial regulations.
-Ability to ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.
4. Communication Skills:
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and other stakeholders.
-Good written communication skills for preparing reports and documentation.
Work Experience
1. Relevant Work Experience:
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
-Experience in bookkeeping or related roles is an advantage.
-Internships or part-time work during studies can be valuable.
2. Familiarity with General Ledger Functions
-Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations is an advantage but not required.
