Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online selling platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills across departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and journal entries
- Monitor and reconcile sales, COGS, and expenses from different platforms (manual or system-based)
- Assist in the preparation of monthly income statements and financial reports
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accurate recording of operational data
- Monitor receivables and payables related to vendors, suppliers, and platforms
- Help maintain internal documentation and ensure accuracy of inventory-related costs
- Coordinate with other teams such as Sales, Inventory, and Ads team for accurate financial data
Assist in ad hoc finance tasks and reporting as needed
