About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Assistant Manager who holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and oversee payroll checking.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and prepare financial forecasts; conduct business modeling and risk assessments to support business decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate and support annual audits of the accounting department.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks or duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and team coordination.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, business forecasting, and internal controls.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
