Job Description
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports
- Communicate financial results to senior management and other stakeholder
- Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plans
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's financial goal
- Manage and optimize cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity
- Monitor working capital and implement strategies to improve cash position
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws
- Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and address audit findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA
- 2-3 years of experience as Accounting Supervisor
- Experience in end-to-end accounting
- With experience in:
- BIR
- Taxation
- Costing
- Finance
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
