Job description
- Assists the Accounting Department with day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties.
- Performs general accounting activities regularly such as bank reconciliation and month-end closing reconciliations and adjustments.
- Perform tasks related to accounts receivable functions including timely recording of Sales and Accounts Receivables.
- Coordinates with the concerned departments/units if there are erroneous entries entered in the books for adjustments.
- Assists with the monthly closing of the books and account analysis.
- Prepares monthly reports and supporting reconciliations for submission to management.
- Records Unit Sales, Purchases and Debit/Credit Memo to manual books of Accounts.
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or a similar position in the Accountingdepartment.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Outstanding cash handling skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.

- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- A close observation of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php13,300.80 per month
