Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in end to end finance & accounting processing of assigned clients
- Performs end to end finance and accounting process for assigned account/s.
- Performs accounts payable processing based on approved documents provided by client.
- Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications.
- Prepares monthly financial statements with supporting account schedules
- Prepares tax returns and other statutory reports that may be required by the business, client or government
- Prepares Adhoc reports as requested by authorized representatives
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial documents/data for processing.
Baseline Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year Business and Finance course.
- 0-1 year experience but highly trainable or With at least six (6) months accounting experience.
- Knowledgeable in Accounting systems and Excel.
- Amenable to work in Makati/Pasay as onsite.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Can start ASAP
