Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of accurate financial reports.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, investments, and other finance-related transactions.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Maintain compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Support Investor Relations activities including financial analysis, report generation, and participation in corporate communications.
Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
Proven experience in accounting and finance (minimum 5 years preferred)
Background in dealing with banks and financial institutions
Prior people management experience with a focus on leadership and development
Experience or exposure to Investor Relations is an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, flexible, reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy
Willing to work onsite in Manila City
