We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to support our company’s accounting department. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Verify the accuracy of bills and other accounting documents or records.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all files are complete and organized.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding payments and account balances.
- Support the accounting team with audits, budget preparation, and other accounting projects as needed.
- Follow company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or at least 2 years of relevant work experience).
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
