JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparation of Labor and other cost distribution
- Monitoring of liquidation of cash advances
- Updating of books of account (Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipt, General Journal, Ledger & Purchase Book)
- Input SSS Contribution & Loan to USB
- Input Pag-ibig contribution & loan to USB
- Input Philhealth contribution to USB
- Encode input and output taxes at BIR relief
- Such other duties and function as maybe assigned by management within the capability of the incumbent.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Must be exposed to all facets of accounting and financial operations/computerized accounting system
- Proficient in MS Office (Knowledge in Quick Books, MS Access or other accounting software is a plus)
- With knowledge in Business correspondence
- Can work with a minimum supervision
- Highly organized and systematic
- Must be flexible
- Residing near Makati
- Full-time employee & willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
