Job description:
- responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all the activities in the Accounting Department. Develops and implements systems and procedures to reduce the cost and increase production/output.
- reviews accounting reports before submitting to higher management; makes appropriate action as deemed necessary.
- supervises the daily activities of all Accounting and Finance personnel, evaluates their overall performance; recommends personnel action such as transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, termination, etc.
- Coordinates with the External Auditors regarding Year-End inventory, interim and annual audit.
- Provides all departments with data necessary for budget preparation; assists each department/section in the preparation of their respective budget
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
- preferably CPA
- willing to work in Bataan
