- Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journals, and accounts
- Prepare financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and report on expenditures, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate financial activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
