We are hiring an HR Staff to handle recruitment and assist in other HR tasks such as employee records, timekeeping, and benefits processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Assist in other HR functions (employee relations, payroll, benefits)
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate with departments for HR needs
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year recruitment experience
- Preferably with experience in other HR facets
- Preferably a graduate of HR, Psychology, Business, or related course
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
