What is this role about?
This role is in charge of the validation of collections/payments through the Online Bank Statement and other payment channels, daily issuance of receipts, collecting due and overdue accounts from the Banks and Financing Companies. Updating the said collection-related information to the BYD LU Sales Transactions monitoring tool.
What will YOU do?
- Check and validates collections/ payments to ensure that the payment is accurately recorded by confirming the payment with SEA Electric designated bank accounts through the Online Bank Statement and issue a corresponding receipt
- Prepare completeness of the Sales and Collections monitoring tool to provide correct information to the Internal Customers and Accounting monitoring and encoding thru the BYD LU Sales Transactions
- Collect due and overdue accounts and update the Customer's account status accordingly
- Perform account's reconciliation and communicates with Internal and External Customers to ensure that the customer's account status is within the leadtime
- Perform Bank account opening - facilitate Corporate bank accounts to be used in the business
- Perform Online enrollment - facilitate enrollment of bank account to online banking
- Prepare Check and Online Disbursement - to ensure timely process and settlement for all types of disbursement
- Update Bank Balance - for cashflow monitoring and management
- Prepare and file invoices for release specific to the La Union area
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Management, or any other related courses
- At least 6 months of relevant employment experience related to Auto Industry
- Willing to do field work, as needed
- Willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments
