The Accounting Officer position is responsible for processing the third party agency payroll, recording of payables, checking of petty cash fund, bank reconciliation and will assist the Branch Accountant. This role is responsible for performing activities related to the accurate processing of authorized invoices; recording, updating, reconciling and NetSuite encoding of related financial information; and providing instructions and/or accounting support in the Finance Department in accordance with established practices and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs the day to day processing and encoding of accounts payable transactions and entry to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Receives and verifies invoices and requisitions for goods and services to secure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Schedules invoices for payment within a given framework of prescribed due dates and maximizes discounts and minimizes interest charges
- Performs Expense Analysis
- Performs Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Analysis
- Fund Transfer and Liquidation Processing
- Performs Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Analysis
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Management
- At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to report to SCPA Tanauan Office

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
