Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Generate and distribute financial reports to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide support in analyzing variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6months - 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
