Key Responsibilities:
* Record and encode daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, etc.)
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
* Help reconcile bank statements and other account balances.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial filing systems.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Assist in inventory checks and reporting related to accounting.
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting or finance department.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and honest.
- Willing to learn and grow within the role.
