Pre-qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education major in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education
- Licensed Professional Teacher is a plus
- Must have previous experience in teaching kindergarten or grade school
- With experience in Teaching Montessori school is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Willing to relocate (if residing outside Tagum City)

Job Description:
- Observe, guide, supervise, and assess children while they learn in the classroom environment;
- Develop lesson plans with independent learning exercises and methods that cater to the needs of every child;
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued;
- Establish rapport and build relationships with students;
- Set an excellent example for students and instill good values such as honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness;
- Monitor and assess student progress and write up reports;
- Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition;
- Update records on the school database and handle various other administrative tasks;
- Participate in school activities and support students on any extra-curricular activities;
- Interview and assist with the training of all new teachers;
- Educate children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes;
- Encourage social interactions between children and improve their self-esteem;
- Engage in creative learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling;
- Plan a comprehensive lesson plan to address early childhood development needs;
- Instill a sense of order and discipline in the classroom;
- Monitor free time on the playground;
- Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment;
- Prepare for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations;
- Communicate with parents to better understand the children's home lives and psyches and;
- Compute and assess performance of the students and write up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.
- Coordinate and submit progress reports to top management.
