- Process Invoices and Requests for Payment (RFP)
- Prepares Checks and encodes Vouchers for printing
- Receives Billing Statement or Statement of Account
- Coordinate and advise clients for their payments
- Assist in computation and payment of government payables
- RFP and Liquidation monitoring
- Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
- Assist with Payroll
