Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing monthly Vehicle Inventory Analysis and Reconciliation.
- Monthly report of random checking and monitoring of Parts Inventory.
- Checking of tools and parts for outside services (outgoing and incoming).
- Monitoring and print vehicle and parts invoices from IPC
- Prepares monthly summary of income withholding tax
- Summarizes details needed for annual ITR
- Reliever of Billing
- Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time..
