The Account Manager at BBX leads their Business Unit, overseeing workflows, pitches, and projects to achieve team goals and mandates. They build strong client relationships, act as the client’s representative, and drive strategic brainstorming and problem-solving. Collaborating with fellow managers and guiding their team, they foster a productive environment while mentoring Account Associate to develop their skills under Senior Manager guidance. Their leadership ensures alignment with business goals and the delivery of exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, marketing, sales or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- 3-5 years of experience or a similar role in the advertising/creatives industry
