Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the corporate banking or financial services industry
- Excellent understanding of the corporate and institutional banking landscape, with a strong network of industry contacts
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and effectively negotiate and close deals
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Banking or Finance would be an advantage
- Fluency in English and the local language(s) is essential
