Radix HR is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable to support our Finance Team in managing accurate, timely, and well-documented payments to vendors and employees. This role reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor and plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents (RFPs, PRs, POs, billings, contracts, etc.)
- Review vendor invoices and prepare adjustments as needed before submitting for payment
- Maintain and update supplier and contractor records (e.g., APV, CV master files, vendor 201 files)
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor balances to ensure timely payments
- Ensure accurate tax recognition for every payment transaction
- Provide audit-ready documentation and support during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or a related business course
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payable processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
