- Financial Record Keeping. Maintain and update financial records, including but not limited to general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Month-End Closing. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Bank Reconciliation. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Compliance. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or other Business Related course or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years experience in Specialist or Officer level
- Preferably living nearby Antipolo
- With Good Client Relationship & keen to details
- Excellent MS Office Skills most specially Excel & other Applications
- Strong Personality - can deal matters under pressure
- Can start ASAP
