Accounts Payable Supervisor- Urgent Hiring

Key Job Objective:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the Accounts Payable Section, directing the invoices & payments processes and managing the expense accounts & budget reports.

Job Responsibilities:

· Review checks and vouchers to avoid double payment and ensure all expenses are within assigned budget and have complete documentary requirements.

· Ensure timely payments of all Company accounts, e.g., credit cards, utilities, etc.

· Monitor liquidation of budget requests of departments & branches and preparing necessary adjustments/journal entries related to this.

· Check expanded withholding tax report and encoded expenses/purchases that is reported to the BIR monthly.

· Update supplier aging in the system.

· Compute monthly commission/override of Sales personnel.

· Do bank reconciliation with assigned bank(s).

· Process requests for refund & third party commissions (TPC).

· Implement updated policies and procedures related to the accounts payable function.

· Consult with the Finance Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.

· Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
