We are committed to providing quality primary healthcare and exceptional patient experience. Currently, we have clinics located at Oakridge Business Park (Mandaue), Consolacion and Mactan.
Position Overview:
We are urgently looking for Accounts Receivable to support our Finance and Operations team. This role is primarily responsible for monitoring client payments, tracking receivables, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in the resolution of account discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record client billings and payments
- Follow up on outstanding receivables from corporate accounts or patients
- Reconcile payment records and escalate discrepancies when needed
- Coordinate with Billing, Cashiering, and Operations teams for account updates
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to receivables and collections
- Maintain up-to-date, organized, and confidential financial records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and finance-related tasks
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, vocational completer, or college level
- Prior experience in billing, collections, or accounting is a plus
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and basic office tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail, organized, and can follow standard procedures
- Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start in June and willing to commit to a 3-month fixed-term contract.
