Job Title:
Administrative Officer – Personnel & Administration (Construction Site)
Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and personnel-related activities on the construction site. This includes handling site documentation, coordinating with HR for manpower concerns, ensuring compliance with labor policies, managing site facilities and supplies, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Personnel Management:
- Monitor daily manpower attendance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of site personnel.
- Maintain and update personnel records and site roster.
- Coordinate with HR for employee concerns, requests, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, safety compliance, and labor law standards.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain a filing system for site documents, memos, and permits.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, memos, notices).
- Prepare and distribute administrative reports and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and site visits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and site expenses.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all site administrative processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain updated records for licenses, permits, and other regulatory documents.
- Assist in the audit and monitoring of admin and personnel records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or HR support, preferably in a construction or project site environment.
- Strong understanding of construction manpower structure and site operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with government labor and employment regulations (DOLE standards).
- Experience with timekeeping systems or biometric systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in personnel or administrative work in a construction/project site.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
