Human Resources
1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Researching, sourcing, and screening applicants.
3. Scheduling and conducting interviews.
4. Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
5. Conducts initial orientation for newly hired employees.
6. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copy).
7. Process documentation and assist Admin Supervisor in preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.)
8. Minutes of the Meeting taker.
9. Organizing and Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
10. Assisting with performance and management procedures.
11. Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR/Admin events.
12.Updates and Monitor Attendance Monitoring and checklist.
13. Draft INRA and Memorandum.
14. Assist in Timekeeping preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime etc.)
General Affairs
1. Hotel and Airline Reservation and Booking.
2. Handling guests and clients.
3. Assigned in gas slip issuance, driving planning and trip ticket monitoring.
4. Assigned in operations on OT meal and Shuttle service.
5. Support in companywide events like in Company Outing, Sportsfest, Christmas Party and Birthday Treat.
6. Monitor company premise condition (facilities and utilities, pest control monitoring and maintain cleanliness monitoring).
CSR
1. Assist in raising employee awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments.
2. Conducting research on social responsibility activity.
3. Assigned in external communication for company’s CSR activities.
Administration.
1. Maintaining contact list and filling system.
2. Producing and distributing memos, letters, forms, and in-charge in employee surveys.
3. Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Supervisor.
5. Monitoring of LTO registration of company vehicles.
6. In charge in Vehicle Sticker and Vehicle insurance renewal and application.
7. Assist in permits, licenses, and insurance process and renewals.
8. Perform other task or duties that may assign from time to time.

Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
